THE PETAL & STEM EXPERIENCE

  • We believe the best wedding florals are created through thoughtful collaboration and consistent communication. After booking, you'll receive monthly check-ins from our team to ensure every floral detail continues to align with your vision, timeline, and evolving plans.

  • Plans evolve - and that is completely normal. Whether your guest count changes, the color palette shifts, or you decide you want to lean into a different floral style, we’ll work together to refine the design while keeping everything cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your vision and budget.

  • We collaborate directly with your planner, venue, photographer, caterer, and other vendors to make sure every floral detail works seamlessly with the overall experience. From timelines to setup logistics, we assist with keeping communication organized so that your day feels effortless and beautifully executed.

  • As your event approaches, we will go over a final breakdown of the flora plan and logistics. This is where we confirm design details, delivery timing, installation requirements, and any last-minute adjustments so everything feels organized and ready.

  • Our team handles delivery, onsite installation, styling and post-event cleanup. From carefully placing personal flowers to transforming the venue space, we take care of the details from start to finish.

  • When possible, select arrangements can be donated to local care facilities, community spaces, or organizations after your event, giving your stems a second life and extending the beauty beyond the day itself.

You will receive a custom proposal tailored to your vision, priorities, and overall aesthetic. This curated overview outlines floral concepts, investment details, and the design direction we’ve created specifically for your celebration.

This is where everything becomes beautifully tailored. We’ll revisit the design, fine-tune your design so it feels cohesive, personal, organic to your day.

SECURE YOUR DATE

To officially reserve your event date, a signed agreement and retainer are required. Once secured, your celebration is added to our calendar and we begin.
